Meet Our Team!

  • Sue graduated with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto and has more than 20 years in experience in rehabilitation within the Oakville/Hamilton region. Sue has continued her post graduate education building an extensive repertoire of manual therapy skills in Cranio-Sacral therapy, Mulligan and McKenzie theory. She has worked closely with local orthopaedic surgeons specializing in the assessment and treatment of sports injuries, spinal dysfunctions, joint replacements/repair and trauma. Outside of work Sue enjoys gardening, hiking, Zumba and ballroom dancing.

  • Kristen received her Bachelor of Applied Health Science degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College after studying biology and graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from Queen’s University. Throughout her academic career, Kristen has had the opportunity to work with and care for many athletes of different sports including box lacrosse, rugby, and hockey in addition to gaining experience in many different clinical settings that treated a wide variety of people. Kristen is passionate about helping patients reach their goals by providing them with the support, tools, and education on how to get better. Outside of the clinic, Kristen enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Keenan is a graduate of Lambton College’s Massage Therapy program, as well as Canadore College’s Strength and Sports Conditioning program. After graduating from Sports Conditioning, Keenan worked as a personal trainer for several years, helping clients with goals ranging from weight loss, to athletic performance, to injury rehabilitation. Working largely with a post-rehab client base, Keenan developed a passion for rehabilitation, and returned to school for Massage Therapy.

  • Shannon is an accomplished RMT currently focusing her career in General Swedish Massage. Her interest in massage therapy stems from her love of muscle anatomy. She is passionate about learning and understanding how the body works, as it varies with every individual and lifestyle. Since successfully graduating from Ontario College of Health and Technology she has kept current in techniques such as deep tissue massage, joint play and myofacial and soft tissue release. Shannon believes that Massage Therapy combined with proper home care and the right level of activity is key to reaching your treatment goals.

  • Kristin completed her BSc in Exercise Science, specialization in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University. She is a Certified Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association and a certified personal trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise physiology. Kristin has worked with many sports teams such as soccer, football and basketball, assessing and treating injuries. She has done a variety of placements in private clinics and had been working with the Sun Youth Football teams in Montreal for 4 years, as well as doing strength and conditioning with athletes in a training facility before moving to Hamilton. She has taken continuing education courses in soft tissue release and cranio-sacral therapy. She likes to play Ultimate Frisbee and soccer, and also likes running races and doing yoga.
